The service

You describe your business and the service creates a website from your description with AI. You can edit it, publish it at an address on our domain, connect a domain you own, and download it as a ZIP file. You may use it for your business or for yourself if you are at least 18 years old.

Your account

You need an account with a working email address. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what is done with your account. We may block accounts that misuse the service: for example sending spam, phishing or malware, publishing unlawful content or content that infringes other people's rights, pretending to be someone else, attacking or overloading the service, or creating several accounts to get more free drafts.

Prices and payment

• AI steps (creating a site, AI changes, AI images) are paid from a prepaid balance that you top up with PayPal.
• Before a step starts you see its price: what it usually costs and the most it can cost. It starts only if your balance covers that maximum, so you always pay in advance; afterwards the actual price, never more than that maximum, is taken from your balance.
• A step that fails is charged only for the AI work that was actually done; the charge appears in your account history.
• Refunds: you can ask for your unused balance back by writing to [email protected] within 12 months of the top-up, also when you close your account (ask before you delete it). We refund it to the PayPal payment it came from. Amounts already used for AI steps and the free draft are not refundable.
• Editing texts, uploading photos, publishing, connecting a domain and downloading are free.
• Free first draft: each account gets one free first draft after its email address is confirmed. It includes no AI images; any later AI step is paid from the balance. An attempt that fails before any AI work is done does not use it up. We may stop offering free drafts at any time; drafts already made stay in your account.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You confirm that you may use it and that it does not break the law or other people's rights. AI-generated texts and images are suggestions: check them before you publish, in particular facts, prices and contact details. AI images are illustrations, not photos of your business. We claim no rights in your site: you may use the generated texts, design and AI images as you like, also outside the service. We cannot promise that AI output is unique or free of other people's rights. You allow us to store and process your content, send it to the providers listed in the privacy policy to carry out what you ask, and show it publicly when you publish, for as long as you use the service.

Published sites and domains

You decide what to publish and you are responsible for the published content. We may take down content that is unlawful. To report content that is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with the address of the page and the reason. Connecting a domain requires that you own it; we do not sell or register domains.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors; keep your own copy of important sites (Download ZIP). As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes are handled by the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to a court there.

Changes and contact
