Privacy policy
Ettix.com, 1004 Hemphill Ave, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA ("we") runs Site Builder at https://builder.mysoft.ge. Questions about your data: [email protected].
What we store
- Your account: your name, email address, a one-way hash of your password (we cannot read your password), when you registered, last logged in and confirmed your email, and whether the account is blocked.
- Your sites: the descriptions you write, every saved version of each site, the photos and logos you upload (we remove hidden camera data such as GPS location from photos), AI-generated images, the address you publish at and any own domain you connect.
- Your balance: every top-up and charge, with the PayPal order and payment reference. We never see or store your card or bank details: payments are handled by PayPal.
- Use of AI: for each AI step, which model was used, how many tokens it used and what it cost.
- Login session: a random session token in a cookie (`sb_session`, needed to keep you logged in, 30 days). Only a hash of the token is stored on our side.
- Product statistics: a few named steps (for example "started a description", "published a site") with a random browser id, your account id when you are logged in, and short technical values. They never contain your descriptions, texts, email address or contact details.
- Free first draft (when offered): a keyed hash of your IP address, to limit free drafts per network.
- Help requests: messages sent with the help form are forwarded by email to us; they are not stored in the application.
- Server logs: our web server records IP addresses, requested addresses and times, as web servers do. The application's own log contains technical messages and account ids, not your texts, IP address or email address.
In your browser we also keep your unfinished description and the random browser id (local storage), so your text survives signing up. You can delete them by clearing your browser's site data.
Who else processes data
- Anthropic (AI that writes your site): your description, your change requests and the content of the site being changed.
- OpenAI (only when you click the button for AI images): a short description of the picture and of your business.
- PayPal (top-ups): the payment itself; PayPal's own privacy notice applies there.
- Google Workspace (sending email): your email address and the content of account emails (confirmation, password reset, notices).
- Amazon Web Services (server hosting, Frankfurt region): all of the data above is stored on this server.
- Let's Encrypt (only if you connect your own domain): the domain name, to issue the HTTPS certificate.
We share data with these providers only to run the service, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Published sites
What you publish is public: anyone with the address can see it and search engines may list it. You can take a site offline at any time; its public copy is then deleted from the server.
How long we keep data
- Your account, sites and balance history: until you delete your account. Deleting the account deletes your sites, their versions, images, published copies and balance history.
- Database backups (made when we update the software): 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Product statistics: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Free first draft: the hashed IP address is deleted after 12 months. The record that your account used its free draft, and its cost, stays while the account exists.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your name, email and password, download every site as a ZIP and delete your account on the Account page at any time. For any other request about your data (for example a copy of what we store), write to [email protected]. If the law where you live gives you further rights, we will handle your request as that law requires.
The service is not meant for people under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its date. · Applies from October 26, 2026.
